Samantha serves as Program Coordinator for MIT-Israel. A lifelong student of foreign languages and the Middle East region, Samantha has lived, traveled and studied extensively in Israel and Jordan. She worked for Taglit: Birthright Israel in Tel Aviv and recently staffed a Birthright trip for students from the US. She is passionate about international education, journalism and Israeli culture, and looks forward to helping students in the MIT community engage in and reflect upon important cross-cultural experiences.
Samantha earned her B.A. in Middle East Studies and Judaic Studies at the Elliott School of International Affairs in Washington, D.C. and obtained her Master’s in Middle East Studies from Tel Aviv University in Israel.
