Sarah serves as Program Coordinator for France, Belgium, and French-speaking Switzerland. A lifelong student of foreign languages and the Francophone world, Sarah earned her B.A. in French from Amherst College, where she conducted research in Paris on urban culture, literature, and the arts. She obtained her Master’s in French Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Sarah has taught in secondary schools near Bordeaux and at the Université de Bordeaux-III. She has also worked in education and community outreach at organizations in France and the U.S. She is very excited to bring her passion for French culture to the MIT community, and looks forward to helping students engage in and reflect upon important international experiences.
