Tanya Raymond serves as Program Coordinator to the MISTI Germany, Netherlands, and Switzerland programs. She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. She has experience in the field of international development working on program/project management, grant administration and global events planning. As an undergrad she double-majored in Russian language and Political Science at University of Missouri-Columbia, spending a year studying abroad in St. Petersburg, Russia and the Czech Republic. Additionally, her international experience includes: two years teaching English in Prague, Czech Republic, extensive travel throughout Europe, traveling on the Trans-Siberian train through Russia, Mongolia and China, and most recently in Africa. She spent her childhood riding her bicycle in The Netherlands and speaks Dutch, some Russian, basic French, and is currently learning German. Tanya greatly enjoys working and interacting with people of diverse and multicultural backgrounds.
