"I worked at Euromonitor International, a market research company that does reports and analysis on global industries. My internship was mainly to explore a few areas in the company within data science. I was able to work on and train two models that were able to predict certain attributes of products. I also worked on data cleaning, as well as general analysis on why the models were behaving a certain way."

"I was able to get a lot of experience in the data science industry, especially as a freshman, that I likely wouldn’t have been able to get elsewhere. I think I learned a lot of lessons on how to ask for more help, present the work I’ve done, and work in a corporate setting rather than an academic one. I was also able to practice receiving constructive feedback, and improving my work with it."
