Jack's story

Not only did Jack Tucker '27 find his internship experience in France to be enriching, but it was also one that allowed him to create connections with co-workers and adapt to a new environment during his 3-month internship at Ansys.

"This experience strongly supported my academic and career goals by giving me hands-on exposure to cutting-edge 3D computer vision and simulation technologies that directly align with my interests in autonomous systems and AI-driven graphics. By working on problems at the intersection of AI and physics-based simulation, I not only deepened my technical expertise but also gained valuable insight into how emerging research can translate into industry-ready solutions."

"The combination of working on cutting-edge research in a world-class engineering environment and immersing myself in French culture made the experience both professionally rewarding and personally unforgettable."
