A side trip is a trip that you take to another country (or another city/region within your MISTI country) either before, during or after your MISTI experience.
Side trips to locations that are under a High or Highest (level 3 or 4) warning under the MIT Travel Risk Policy are NOT allowed. Please check with your Program Manager if you have any questions.
Please ensure you add all side trips into the travel registry.
