Brunch with Eurasian Studies at MIT
Brunch with Eurasian Studies will provide students an opportunity to meet MIT Professor Elizabeth Wood, Senior Lecturer Maria Khotimsky, and MIT Eurasia Managing Director Katya Zabrovski and talk about four main topics:
- Slavic languages and cultures at MIT: subjects to take and people to study with
2. MISTI internships and UROPs, virtually in Ukraine, and in person in Armenia and other Eurasian countries
3. MISTI Global Teaching Labs in Kazakhstan, Armenia, Georgia in IAP
4. Ways to help Ukraine in the context of Russia’s war of aggression: philanthropy, student clubs, courses
Drop in anytime between 10am and noon. Meet with our faculty and staff and treat yourself to some traditional Eurasian food, including syrniki and pirozhki.
