The rise of young, tech-entrepreneurs in today’s developing nations creates a new world of opportunities for global business and new hope for finding solutions to pressing social and economic challenges.

GSL participants develop curriculum materials, software technologies, platforms, and networks that enable undergraduate students in emerging regions to develop new mobile technology startups.Each GSL team consists of two MIT EECS students (one undergrad, one grad) and two students from the Sloan School of Management (one undergrad, one grad).
