Global Seed Funds in Slovakia

Through an annual call for proposals, the fund promotes the exchange between faculty and students at MIT and at universities and public research institutions in Slovakia. The program is funded by the Ministry of Investments, Regional Development and Informatization of the Slovak Republic. This fund is open to all disciplines.

 All general Global Seed Funds criteria, application, and evaluation procedures apply.

$30,000

Priority will be given to projects that:

• propose a balanced exchange between MIT and Slovakia
• involve students and young scientists
• are new or entering a new phase
• are likely to be sustainable beyond the seed fund sponsorship period
